Products and purchases

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize payment for the amount shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, and will notify you if that happens.

Digital products (Leo Guide)

The Leo Guide is a digital product. Delivery is electronic and access is granted upon confirmed payment. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

Physical products (Leo Kit)

For the Leo Kit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused and in resellable condition with all original materials included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will deduct any original shipping costs from your refund even if free shipping was offered at checkout. Please do not refuse delivery or mark a package return to sender — returns must follow the instructions we provide.

If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. We will repair or replace damaged items at no cost to you.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for losses resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
